I love watching Biggest Loser! I have committed myself to not have anymore diet pepsi's!!! Taking it one week at a time

Didn't go so well, Brian has put in like 200 hours at work(not kidding either) so being a single mom has driven me to drink!!! For the love

You should get Jillian's Master Your Metabolism. Lacey reccommended it and I have listened to it at least 4 times! It's her new book, I just downloaded it to my ipod.

I'm back doing the Biggest Loser 30 day jump start book. I love that show and I love the food. So good and so healthy. I gotta start exercising more now too. Biggest Loser is the best!
