Um Yeah!!! I have only done it faithfully 2 days now and oh my gosh totally feeling it!! That is what it really works but then it incorporates the abs and arms too!!! Love this!! I feel so good! I will bring it on our trip and you and heather can try it!! Maybe this could be your birthday gift from me!! Hahahaha what do you think. I am being serious though!!!

This sounds great. I definately need something to step up my non existent work outs. I have to start doing something. But........I hate to pay so much for workout gear. What to do???
