Memorial Weekend

Sorry I didn't take more pictures of our weekend together but we had a BLAST. We went to mesa for Heidi's baby blessing and then we surprised the kids and stayed at a resort and let them swim to their hearts content. They had so much fun and swam all day long. Brian got fried but wouldn't let me take a picture(he was afraid everybody would be jeolous of his hot body). then we took the kids to makudu Island and the kids played there for hours. Then home. We loved it and so did the kids. and it was actually a pretty pleasant experience the whole time. very little fighting and arguing so it made for a pretty fun time. hope everyone had a safe and fun weekend as well

In rememberance of Uncle Doyle

Christi's sister aunt Cindy sent us 24 butterflies to let go in rememberance of uncle Doyle. He died 10 years ago in May and we miss him so so much!! He would have been the best Uncle EVER!!! We love you Doyle Rex

Cambry's Movin on up

This was Cambry's Kindergarten graduation and she did so good. She loved her teacher Mrs. Barney and will miss her so much. Brian also had mrs. Barney in elementary school so it was neat to have cambry in her class. she has learned so much in kindergarten and has also grown up too. Not to happy about that, she is such a sweetheart and has lots and lots of friends. she is so excited to be moving up to the 1st grade and can't wait to see who her new teacher will be. The little boy to the left of her in the top picture is her little "friend" they love to hang out together on the playground, his name is keegan and they are so cute to watch!;)

Sorry it has been a while since I posted we have been extremely busy with graduations and dance performances and well just getting used to our summer schedules.
This was taken at Doyle's Graduation even though he is staying in this preschool they still had a little ceremony for them. He loves this preschool and his teachers are EXCELLENT.

What they'll do for money!!

The girls came in and asked me if they could earn some money!! Well we have weeds galore out in our back yard so I thought...why not
They were out there for an hour and a half and brought me in 2 big garbage bags full of weeds and i mean up to the top! I took these pics of them through my kitchen window and thought they were so stinkin cute. I love these two they are so much fun!

What a day.........

Dad loved all 3 1/2 hours on the phone with cheej!!! It was so fun to talk to him. Kaely got this picture of me just as I was getting off the phone with him!!! It was so good to hear his voice and listen to just how much he's changed. Flo taught the girls how to play farkle and they loved it! Brian got caught up on some much needed sleep and I was glad to let him be, poor guy!!! He was out! we had a really nice ham dinner at mom and dad's and then flo brought stuff for strawberry angel cake and it was so so so yummy!! It was such a nice mother's day and i hope that everyone enjoyed theirs just as much!!

My Mother's Day!!!

My husband is the sweetest man EVER!!! He surprised me with a Bosch. I was so excited and I have used it everyday since I got it. I love it!! Come visit me and I will make you something really good. Just don't ask Becca and Palmer about the first batch of cookies that came out tof this. Okay so i didn't have all the ingredients and didn't think it would matter that much,. well it did!!!!!

This is the whole reason I love being a mom! I am so thankful to my husband for giving me 3 of the most wonderful kids in my life!! I feel like the most blessed mom. They make everything worth it! Brian told me the other night that without us he would have nothing, and I totally feel the same way! All the material things in the world couldn't buy what we have as a family. I am thankful for the Gospel and what is does for our family. The fact that we can be together for ever is the most rewarding thing ever. I am so thankful to my Heavenly Father for blessing me with these 4 wonderful people in my life. Being a mom is truly the hardest thing I have had to do in my life (besides my pregnancies,hahahaha;) but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love the book of Moroni in the BOM and I think every mom should read it! I want to read that every morning i wake up just to give me a jump start on my day.
To all you mom's out there---Happy Mother's Day. Thanks for being the examples you have been to me, I love you

This "DARN" tree

Doyle loves loves loves this christmas tree. I finally thought I had him all figured out and one day when he was in Preschool i took the tree and put it in the garage to be thrown away!! Yeah a couple days ago i come in from the back yard and find the tree not only in the room with him but lit!! He is so funny. needless to say the tree has now been totally done away with!! It's what may and the kid still wants it in his room and lit! I think he really takes after his Uncle Rex here:)

Kiersten- "We almost lost Logan to day"!
Cambry- "Did you find him"?
Kiersten-"Yes but we were scared"
Cambry- "well you just should have prayed"

WOW

Okay, so I finished the Book of Mormon today, thanks to my friend Becca (who watched the kids for a couple of hours) they love her house and (Grandma Goodman's) ;)
SO can I just say that I can't believe how I have gone 31 years without reading that all the way through. What a testimony builder and the peace that I have running through me right now is unbelieveable. I wish everyone could have this feeling right now this minute. I love love love the book of Moroni, especially all of chapter 7. that is an awesome section of the BOM:) I have to admit that some of it I didn't get but for the most part especially at the end I was so engulfed in it I felt like I never wanted to live without that feeling!! To some of you this might not be such a big deal but I love everyminute of what i read today and the other 94 days it took me to read it!! I love how it made me view serving my children and my family in a whole new way!! Moroni totally focuses on that and I love the way I look at things differently!! I clould go on and on about this but I do want to challenge all of my friends and family to just pick it up and start reading it. Even if you don't understand it all the time, the things that just pop out at you throughout that book are amazing. I love you all and hope all is well with you and your families
