Fun Fun Fun!!!!

This little guy fulfilled my baby hungry tangent I have been on!!! I loved eating him up all weekend and wished they lived closer so I could see him more!! Isn't he a doll!!

Our Fun Fun Weekend!!!!!

The kids had so much fun and it was so good to be with fam. Theron's birthday was a hit and he banked on the gifts!! Shawna you guys did so good on his cake!! I loved it!
I love being crazy crazy with my sisters and by the time these pictures were taken we were all delirious cause i think it was around midnight by now!! Things get really wacky around that time!!!!

My New Years Resolution!!!!

I guess my New Years Resolution for 2008 is a mixture of a couple things!!! I would love to lose 10 LBS and really get into exercising!!! I also love how organized my house is getting now that we are trying to sell it and hope to always be able to be this organized!!! I also want to learn how to make jaw dropping loaves of Bread!!! The ones I make now could seriously be used to build houses!!! Flat and Hard!!!
I also have really become excited about aprons and love all the cute styles that they have!!! It makes me want to spend alot of time in my kitchen!!(my husband loves this new interest too)

Hot Artichoke Dip

8oz cream cheese
1 cup Mayo
1 t. Lemon Juice
14oz Marinated artichoke hearts
sm. box or 1/2 bag frozen spinach
1 clove garlic pressed
1 sm can green chilies (chopped)
1/2 cup + grated parmesean cheese
sliced green onions

Mix together Cream cheese,mayo and lemon juice. Add other ingredients and mix. Spread in pan. Sprinkle more cheese and green onions on top and bake 350 for 30 min. Serve hot with chips or crackers!!! Enjoy!!

Crepe Filling

1 sm. pkg instant vanilla pudding

1 1/2 cups milk

8 oz cool whip

8 oz cream cheese



Let cream cheese sit out on the counter til room temp, it will mix easier.

Mis the cream cheese with about 1/2 the milk first. Then add pudding and rest of milk, mix well add cool whip and mix.

We had so much fun last night and as you can see Cambry was out by 10:30! She told Flo that she was just resting her eyes!! I made Crepes and we had Apple Syrup and Blueberry compote and I also made an artichoke dip that was I must say a big hit!! Kaely loved cooking the crepes and Doyle bless his little party animal heart made it till 12:30! We played a round of farkle(a dice game) and lived it up till 1:00! It was a fun night and I hope your 2008 is GREAT!!!! Love ya all and Happy New Year!!!!
