Create.....post 1

So Brenda over at Deck the Halls of Home with Joy had different ways to organize and "create" different craft rooms/office. I want this one and I really think this will work with the layout of my awkward office/craft room that looks like a bomb went off!!!

I feel like taking on the world in the mornings (after I've had my bowl of mini shredded wheat of course) I am excited to see what I can accomplish on this crisp morning in Jan. what will it be today.............

Brynlee's room needs quite a bit of attention!

I have laundry screaming at me everytime I round the corner to my laundry room!

The office needs organizing!.......papers, papers, paper oh and did I mention PAPERS!

More Christmas stuff I still need to part with!

Closets need to be organized!

Bathrooms need to be straighened

Where oh where to begin............this is only the start of all this chaos going on in my house right now!!! One day at a time, right?

I want to know what the Pioneers did......

ORGANIZATION.............that started out as a cuss word in my house, anyone who even mentioned the word was going to walk the plank!!! I started out at IKEA on Tues after my Dr. appt, and bought the place out with stuff to organize my house with ( love IKEA but hate the fact you have to put it all together yourself) thanks to Brian and Becca it is ALL put to gether and so the organizing begins!! Doyle's room was a success and after a tote and 2 garbage bags his room is my new, can i say MASTERPIECE!!! seriously it is beautiful!!! Then is was on to Kaely's room and Cambry's new night stand and lamp that she just loves!!! I have come to the conclusion that those two girls will constantly have a work in progress with their rooms!!! but anywho, last night I started the office and wow was I amazed at how much I actually didn't have together!!! 12:00am came around and my day caught up with me so I folded some laundry and made sure Brian's work pants were in the dryer and he had clean socks all the while watching Failure to Launch!!! Matthew McConaughey makes staying up that late to clean so bareable!!! (Know what i mean) I hope to have picture soon but for reals What DID the pioneer women do!!!

This is REALLY working for me!!!

So on our way back from Mesa last week, Becca and I decided to write a weekly agenda on things that we were going to do on Mon, Tues, Wed and so on. And ONLY do those things plus keep up the everyday stuff like make beds and do dishes and stuff, but I'll be danged if this wasn't working for me.
Today I am washing mine and Brian's darks, thats folding and putting away, taking my car to the car wash to wash and Vacuum and Vacuum the front living room and family room. I love that every day I know that I only do these 3 extra things and then I make myself be done for the day!! It really has helped with the stress level and I know that next week there will be less to do cause this weeks stuff is all caught up. If you'd like me to post a copy of the things that Bec and I are doing on a weekly basis I will and then you can change it to what works for you. Just give it a try. And if you already do this you are amazing and I wish you all the luck!!! Love to all
